HOW TO BUY
Karmacore Trading è is an open window on the sacred Indian sculptures. Exposed models are realized in India by master artisans with unique models. The purchase of statues can be:
- Direct, for the statues immediately available
- under commission, sending us a description by email or phone call.
General Sales & Shipping Conditions
As we often are travelling to select the statues, main communication will be made by email or mobile phone. After your request, we will reply you with full details of price, delivery time and shipping costs.
Standard sales condition:
Payment: Swift in advance in personal Bank account, system who guarantee both contractors in tracking the transaction. Bank details will be provided by e-mail.
Delivery time: Within 48 hours after receiving the payment for available statues, depending on the models for commissioned statues.
Shipping: We ship by express currier with full risks insurance. When receiving the statues, customers have the responsibility to check the packaging conditions. Any damages should be immediately notified both to the forwarder before signing-up the delivery documents and to Karmacore Trading so that the proper insurance measures can be taken.
Prices: EXW Rome, packaging included (shipping costs: excluded).
Packaging: Included. We provide a full and specific packaging for each statue. Great statues are protected by a specific wood box to fit the individual sculpture's dimensions. We guarantee high standard in the packaging. We love sculptures for what they are and for what they represent. For this reason we pay maximum attention in preparing the packaging.
Guarantee
Karmacore Trading guarantees the origins and the characteristics of the exposed sculptures as indicated in the descriptions.
Return Policy
Karmacore Trading will accept returns within 15 days (date of delivery) for refund. All returns should be notified before by e-mail.
The shipping charges are not refunded with returns. Insurances costs as well as packaging costs will not be refunded. All sculptures should be returned intact, fully insured with postage paid and in the original packaging, comprehensive with the original documentation. Service charges of the event of the damages are applied to return after inspection.
Return is not applied for commissioned statues.
Karmacore Privacy policy
Personal information collected by the website, by email or correspondence will be used by Karmacore Trading only to satisfy the customers’ requests and in any case won’t be shared with third part. Reference law applied: Italian DGL n 167/2003.
Conditions of the Distributors
Karmacore Trading is a direct importer of exposed statues. Special sales conditions are reserved to distributors, interior architects or decorator as well for structures dedicate at the diffusion of Indian culture. Please fill-in the form request for more information.
